Funding

RF Freqs LLC / What We Do / Funding

We Have multiple Funding options to provide to our clients.

The costs of installing wireless systems (Wi-FI, Cellular DAS, ERRCS DAS, Building automation, etc) Can be thought out as a “Whole” rather than “Individual” capital expenditures.

We offer two plans to fit just about any size venue:

  1. RF Freqs has teamed up with multiple partners, communications facilities developers, operators, and owners who specialize in funding both in-building and outdoor carrier network infrastructure. Their knowledge and skill in carrier negotiations is critical in closing your deal. Carriers participate in third-party multi-carrier neutral host projects for a number of reasons.  If your facility adheres to certain size requirements or a large foot-traffic or user population such has 10,000 or more occupants at any given time, we can in most cases secure the funding for our clients.  Typically buildings such as Arenas, Sports Complexes, Race Tracks, large Universities, High-Rise buildings and Campuses will qualify.
  1. Buildings which do not fit the “Large Complex” are considered as Tier 2 and Tier 3 office complexes, high-rise apartments and commercial buildings, smaller college campuses, hotels and smaller venues will qualify for project funding. The challenges of deploying wireless technology in private access venues are significantly different in terms of the customers and channels involved, as well as the technical requirements. The most significant difference is the operators’ willingness, or lack thereof, to fund these systems

More enterprises are starting to invest in their wireless systems. They are leading the evolution to a new smart building model where building owners and IT managers take the lead in buying and deploying in-building wireless solutions. The needs of mobile users in commercial spaces are too great to ignore. The change to new funding models, and ways of thinking about wireless systems, is already underway in North America.

RF FReqs partners with the enterprise to cover the gaps between enabling a comprehensive technology plan that the enterprise wishes to deploy over time, and their resources and funding to make it a reality. While cellular solutions are important, they are only a portion of the total challenge.

Other critical components of the enterprise technology plan can include:

  • GPONcomputer networks for community library
  • IoT
  • Wi-Fi
  • Building automation
  • NFC
  • Sensors
  • LBS
  • Digital signage

RF Freqs is a flexible, collaborative and a technology agnostic program. It is customized to the specific requirements of each enterprise customer to close the loop between their budget and the actual project costs.  We will work with the enterprise to understand their specific technology priorities, then partner to assess the deltas so that those priorities can be realized.

WE HAVE MULTIPLE FUNDING OPTIONS TO PROVIDE TO OUR CLIENTS.

wi-fi setup in an officeOur Partner Affiliates enable us to offer Funding Options to allow our Clients to forego the large investments of most of their Wireless Infrastructure needs.

Capital (CAPEX) expenditures for your technology needs can often be converted to a monthly operating expense (OPEX) allowing our Clients to avoid direct costs of their large technology purchases.

We offer two programs:

Carrier based is an arrangement where a Third party will enter into an agreement with the Wireless Services Providers (WSP) to fund the cost of Cellular DAS Equipment for the benefit of our Clients.  We coordinate the process between all the stake holders and manage the process on every ones behalf.  This type of funding is primarily focused on In Building DAS system which rebroadcast the WSP signals throughout a building or venue.

Third Party Financing is available through a cost-effective and flexible OPEX (leasing) models.  We will analyze what technology and applications are suitable for consideration based on total cost of ownership and which deployment model best addresses the business requirements of our Clients.

Components of the enterprise technology plan can include:
